How many rooms to do you have?
We have two rooms:

1) THE SUITE: can accomodate up to 3/4 persons, private bathroom inside the room, BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED.
2) THE LOFT: can accomodate up to 4 persons, private bathroom and kitchen inside the room, BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED.

Do we have to share the room with someone else or is it all for us?
The room is all for you, no sharing.

Are the prices per room or per person?
Per room.

At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: tell us your time of arrival and we will arrange check-in time
Check-out: around 10.00-12:00 am.

Are taxes included in the prices?
Yes.

Is breakfast included in the price?
NO, breakfast is not included, however the rooms have everything you need to prepare yourself breakfast indipendently.
THE SUITE has a breakfast area with a fridge a boiler and an automatic coffee machine Nespresso Lattissima. We provide a basic welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice.
THE LOFT has its own fully equipped kitchen. We provide a basic welcome basket with tea, coffe, sugar, milk, juice.
There is also a coffee shop downstairs, in the same building.

Will you leave us the keys of the house at our arrival?
Yes, you will be completely independent and there is no curfew.

When do we settle the bill?
On arrival.

Do you accept credit cards?
You can use your credit card with our online booking service, your credit card will not be charged, it serves only as a guarantee of your reservation. The bill will be settled in cash upon arrival. We also accept Bank transfer as methods of payment for the deposit. Click here for details.

Can we leave my luggage in the B&B after check-out?
Yes. You can keep the keys and collect your luggage later.

Which languages are spoken by the owner?
Italian and English.

Are linens and towels provided or do we need to bring my own?
Yes, linen and towels they are provided by the B&B, and will be changed twice a week for stays longer than 5 nights.

Is there a TV/telephone/internet/hair dryer in the room?
Both rooms have cable TV. We also offer free wi-fi wireless flat internet connection. There is no telephone, but you can make a call asking the owner or the doorman. Both rooms have a hair-dryer.

Is there air conditioning in the room?
No, but a large fans will keep you cool during the summer.

Is the room noisy?
Trastevere is a lively neighbourhood, however the B&B is in a residential area, we do not have noisy pubs or clubs in our block.

Is it a non-smoking room?
We would be very glad if you could not smoke inside of the rooms.

Is parking or garage available?
No, parking is on payment.

Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports. Click here for more information.

Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we are affiliated to a taxi service that can arrange a transfer to and from the airport.

Is there a restaurant in the neighbourhood?
Yes, there is a restaurant in the same building. Our neighbourhood Trastevere is full of restaurants and pubs. We will give you a restaurant guide upon arrival.
