How many rooms to do you have?
Available to our guests is ONE room: THE SUITE, which can accomodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The rest of the apartment is occupied by the owner.

Are the prices per room or per person?
Per room.

At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: tell us your time of arrival and we will arrange check-in time
Check-out: before 10.00-12:00 am.

Are breakfast/taxes/private bath included in the prices?
Yes.

What do you mean by "self-catering" breakfast?
You will prepare yourself breakfast indipendently. The room is provided with a fully indipendent breakfast area, with a fridge a boiler and an automatic coffee machine Nespresso Lattissima, and it is equipped with everything you need to prepare yourself a continental breakfast: tea, coffee, juice, croissant, jam, butter, etc...

Will you leave us the keys of the house at our arrival?
Yes, you will be completely independent and there is no curfew.

When do we settle the bill?
On arrival.

Do you accept credit cards?
You can use your credit card with our online booking service, your credit card will not be charged, it serves only as a guarantee of your reservation. The bill will be settled in cash upon arrival. We also accept Bank transfer as methods of payment for the deposit. Click here for details.

Can we leave my luggage in the B&B after check-out?
Yes. You can keep the keys and collect your luggage later.

Which languages are spoken by the owner?
Italian and English.

Are linens and towels provided or do we need to bring my own?
Yes, linen and towels they are provided by the B&B, and will be changed twice a week for stays longer than 5 nights.

Is there a TV/telephone in the room?
The room has a 33" TV. There is no telephone, but you can make a call asking the owner or the doorman.

Is there air conditioning in the room?
No, but a large fan will keep you cool during the summer.

Is the room noisy?
Trastevere is a lively neighbourhood, however the B&B is in a residential area, we do not have noisy pubs or clubs in our block.

Is it a non-smoking room?
We would be very glad if you could not smoke inside of the room.

Is parking or garage available?
No, parking is on payment.

Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports. Click here for more information.

Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we are affiliated to a taxi service that can arrange a transfer to and from the airport.

Is there a restaurant in the neighbourhood?
Yes, there is a restaurant in the same building. Our neighbourhood Trastevere is full of restaurants and pubs.

Is there any charge if we cancel our reservation?
There is no charge if you cancel your reservation 15 days prior to arrival. In case of no show or late cancellation, the deposit will be not be refunded. Please read our cancellation policies.
