Ancient Trastevere B&B's online booking service does not charge any expenses to your credit card.
Your credit card number is forwarded to our B&B via secure server as a guarantee of your confirmed booking.
Your card will be charged only in the event of late cancellation or no show, please read our cancellation policies below.
IMPORTANT: FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS UPON ARRIVAL.
In order to book the Suite through Bank transfer you must send a 30% deposit of the total amount.
Use our online booking service (box on the right) and click on the link "I don't want to specify my credit card" that will appear on the second page of the reservation form. At this point the credit card will not be required for you, and you can complete the reservation entring your personal information.
Once you have filled the form and completed the reservation, you will receive and email shortly with instructions on how to send the deposit.
IF YOU BOOK THE SUITE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD AS A GUARANTEE:
In the event of cancellation, we require a minimum of 15 days notice or we will charge a fee equaling 50% of the total amount of your stay.
IF YOU BOOK THE SUITE VIA BANK TRANSFER:
In the event of cancellation, we require a minimum of 15 days notice or your deposit will not be refunded.
